It is not an usual bresaola (dried beef)! This incredible product, which is called "brisaula", is a fine and unique one of its kind. It is very soft, sweet, rich in spices and presents typical aromas of the Ossola valley. Thanks to the long experience of our artisans, this bresaola never gets old!
