Orders received from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders received from Friday to Sunday included will be shipped on Tuesday.
Organoleptic features: Garnet colour, elegant bouquets of smoke, toast, tobacco and grass and dried plum, black cherry aroma. Elegant and soft tannin with medium acidity, balanced and full-bodied with aging potential.
Maturation process: in French oak barrels for about 12 months.
Food pairing: well-paired with red meat dishes, stewed game, tasty / aged cheeses.
