An elegant wine of a bright colour, made in variable percentage from Nebbiolo, Croatina and Barbera grapes, according to the year. The mouthfeel is expressive and gentle.

Organoleptic properties:
It is of a bright ruby colour; the bouquet is characterised by rose, raspberry and currant notes with hints of liquorice and aromatic herbs. The mouthfeel is fresh, pleasant and gentle.

Maximum aging time:
4-5 years in bottle.
Winemaking:
Grapes are pressed and fermented for at least 10 days in stainless steel tanks, at a maximum temperature of 28°C.
Maturation process:
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for a year.

It is hard in spring for the risk of frost.
The summer is hot and sunny but often refreshed by storms.
In late August and September, there is a great temperature range between day and night, which fortifies the grape skin and develops the strong aromas of our wines.
