Fragrant wholemeal corn flour mainly used to prepare Polenta. It is obtained by two different varieties grown exclusively in Ossola Valley, using traditional methods and respecting the environment.
The corn is milled by a stone mill located near the cultivated fields.
The flour, thanks to the presence of the germ (part rich in oils), is more nutritional but still delicate.
It is a km 0 product, local and officially recognized as Slow Food Presidium.
